All information on the Service is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information.

Toyowire does not recommend or endorse any specific securities, companies, or investment strategies. Any investment decisions you make are solely your responsibility. You should conduct your own research and consult with qualified financial advisors before making any investment decisions.

• Scrape or harvest: Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to extract data from the Service for any purpose
• Sublicense: Grant access to the Service to third parties or share your account credentials
• Misrepresent source: Present Toyowire content as your own original work or remove attribution
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. User Accounts

Translations and derived analysis provided by Toyowire are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, translations are generated using AI technology and may contain errors. Original Japanese filings are sourced from EDINET and other official sources, but we do not guarantee their completeness or accuracy. Always verify important information against official sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toyowire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any investment decisions made based on information from the Service
